About Jodie Lerner
Jodie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and a graduate of Rollins College. She treats children, adolescents, adults and their families with individual, couples and family therapy.
She works with people in a collaborative manner with focus on the mind/body connection and healing from a holistic and cognitive/behavioral approach. It is her belief that everyone has the power within themselves for positive change and living an authentic life but may just need some guidance and new tools at various points in their lifetime. She has a strong desire to help others reach their full potential and deep care for positive change in society as well.
Some of the issues she addresses in working with adults, young adults (ages 18-24), adolescents, elementary school children and young children from 5 are: ADHD, oppositional behaviors, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, stress management, parenting, adoption/foster care, anger management, conflict resolution, domestic violence, family conflict, gay/lesbian/transgendered issues, pre-marital/couples work, post-traumatic stress disorder, pet loss, sexual abuse and suicide.
